  1. The proportion of calls dispatched with a priority in concordance with the ambulance personnel's assessment was calculated based on the defined corresponding priorities in Swedish Index and RETTS: Priority 1 corresponding to RETTS Red/Orange, Priority 2 corresponding to RETTS Yellow, Priority 3 corresponding to RETTS Green. Over- and undertriage were defined as the dispatched priority being higher or lower respectively than the priority as assessed by the ambulance personnel
