EMS:
Cardiac arrest is witnessed
Bystander CPR
No active malignant disease
No frailty
The presumed time to eCPR less than 90 min
CAVE: Use of mechanical compression device (mandatory for transport)
Additionally after admission in hospital:
Technical possibility for cannulation (diameter of the vessels)
No critically bleeding
