The multivariate logistic regression model (probability of survival calculated by trauma and injury severity score [TRISS Ps] plus fibrinogen and D-dimer) was compared with TRISS Ps alone. In the logistic regression model, fibrinogen and D-dimer were categorical variables and their cut-off values were 130 mg/dL and 110 μg/mL, respectively.
