The dynamic probability of survival to hospital discharge with good neurological outcome based on the time from witnessed CA to the initiation of ECMO. The survival rate with good neurological outcome was 38% when the duration of CPR was within 40 min; however, it decreased to about 15% when CPR was performed for more than 40 min.
